Can i move out yet?

my mother tells me that i am not allowed to move out yet even though i am 18...i can't take the head games here anymore and i want to know if i was to just move out and had all my paperwork set up ...i am have a job..and i am moving to a better environment...can my parents do anything about it?...thanks--

Legally, you can move out. However, you should make a budget and include all of your likely expenses and compare it with your income before doing so. Include all the incidentals, even the cost of toothpaste.
