Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Does every non custodial parent have rights to extended summer break even if distance isn't a factor. There are no extenuating circumstance. Meaning that we go by the Indiana parenting time guidelines already for visitation. If my ex does get the extended time, do I still get every other weekend and one day a week with my children like he does now or I don't get to see them during his 5 weeks of summer break?
