Question about bith certificit

The Biological father of my child has NOT signed my childs birth cerdifict, My Soon to be husband wonts to be the father of my child. Can he sign her birth certific even if he not the bilogical father? Pherterinty of my child has not been astablished, and the bilogical father wonts nothing to do with the child.

Your best bet is to have your soon to be husband adopt the baby and then have the birth certificate changed. You should not do that until after your marriage. The adoption procedure is streamlined for a spouse.

This approach will prevent the biological father from being able to cause legal complications at a later date.
