How can i send some money legally to my 14 year and 12 year without the father touching the money

If you want them to just have money they can use NOW, then there is no way any attorney can tell you the dad can't get his hands on it. If the boys live with him, clearly he can take whatever mode of payment you send to them out of their hands. This is a physics question, not a legal one.
