Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I was summoned to court to do a DNA test on my new born son because an ex boyfriend thinks my son belongs to him. I am married and have been for years.. my husband and I were seperated when I dated him and that is around the time I got pregnant. My husband signed the birth certificate and we have no need for this DNA test. My question is do I legally have to get this test done? And if so do I have to pay for it?

The fact that your husband signed the birth certificate is not relevant. In all likelihood the court will order the test.

Unfortunately, if it turns out that the child is not a product of your marriage, you will have to address that complication.
