Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Visitation? Drugs?-Support Action?

Husband abandoned me two weeks ago, we have 3 children, I am two months pregnant, it is a high risk pregnancy and I cannot work. He took my only transportation. He left me for woman who lost custody of her children due to past drug use. They are living in my minivan together.

I have read the Indiana Statutes and am I under the correct impression that he would only get supervised visitation due to the abandonment and who he is associating with? I dont want my kids around her, how could the courts take her kids away from her but allow him unsupervised visitation only to bring her around my kids?

Also, IC 31-16-14-1-Action for Support of Dependents by dependent Spouse

Can I file this to get him to pay for our essentials, house, food, vehicle, utilities, medical etc? He has deserted me and my kids and does not even call. Am I likely to win my motion if I file one? Is this what this statute is for? Seems like it is and do I need an attorney to do it? thanks so much.....

Also, how would me being pregnant relate to our divorce, is it true
