Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my wife's lawyer requested info from my employer, they gave him my w2, pension info, and pay stub, is this legal without a court order, the only info he gave them was the cause number for the divorce, NOT a court order for it, and he is also the lawyer we used for our bankruptcy, can he still be her lawyer for the divorce

As to the information from your employer, the employer probably received a subpoena, which is a court order. In a divorce, that is standard information available to the other side.
