Re: fmla year to year

There are a couple of different methods for an employer to calculate your 12 week allowance. For example, an employer can count the FMLA days on a 12 month rolling basis which can essentially require you to earn them back. There is often an additional issue regarding the number of hours you may have worked in the previous year which can affect your qualification for FMLA time. You should contact an attorney directly to fully discuss your situation.
