Legal Question in Medical Leave in Indiana

lawsuit

I am about to file a lawsuit against a former employer. I was terminated from my employment while I was on medical leave. The company is now saying that they had no idea I was seeking medical treatment until after I ''resigned''. Why would an employer lie about something that they know has a trail of paperwork? Do you think their attorney knows that they are lying?

Re: lawsuit

Every Defendant defends itself; perhaps there is some evidence that supports their position. Your questions are better directed toward your attorney and if you do not currently have one, I would seriously recommend hiring one to represent you in your matter against your former employer.
