Concealed tape recorder as evidence

If I wear a concealed tape recorder and get another party to admit to me that we have a verbal contract, will it be admissible in court?

Re: Concealed tape recorder as evidence

I just researched this issue for a family law case. However, your question is actually two. First, in Indiana only one person need consent to the recording. Secondly, you have to lay a evidentiary foundation for the recording. For more detail see: http://haslerlaw2.blogspot.com/2009/01/what-about-recording-conversations.html
