Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Seventeen teens and I have gotten our hopes of becoming "Cutest Vegetarian Alive" taken away from Peta. From the contest details in the final round you had people text to vote for you and the person with the most votes at the end won. After the end of the contest they changed the story and are saying that they meant that judges would chose and they'd take the votes into consideration. So people that did nothing to get votes, won. So the eightteen of us that lost were just used for shameless promotion. Is there any way we could sue them, maybe for false advertising?

Heres the contest details.

Please any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The forum posting doesn't link directly to the official rules. If you want to pursue this, you should gather up the offical rules and see what they say. However, wasn't it shameless promotion already? You would need to be ready to explain how you lost money or were otherwise damaged by the alleged subterfuge.
