Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
What state do you have to get the POA in if the person is currently in Ohio and usually lives in Indiana? Also what is the difference between a regular and a durrible POA?

The POA should be from the current residence. I suggest that you have an attorney licensed in both states draft a POA that would be recognized and legal in both states. Regular is usually for one event, durable continues until changed, revoked or the person passes away.
