Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana
I am an independent contractor for a psychic line. I am only paid for actual talk time - no hourly or salary rates. As an independent contractor, am I obligated to state what hours I can work? This company is now stating that they will not pay for EARNED bonuses without that posted schedule. Part of the allure of working this way is for the flexibility. Thank you in advance!

If you want them to pay the bonuses, the answer is yes.
