Re: not getting paid for overtime

The Fair Labor Standards Act requires an employer to pay its non-exempt employees overtime for all hours worked over 40. If your employer is requiring you to work off the clock, or "deleting hours" to avoid paying overtime, you may have a claim for unpaid overtime against your employer. I would recommend discussing this matter with an employment attorney because additional information is necessary to determine whether you have a claim. If you would like to discuss this matter further, I can be reached at 317_706_1100, or toll free at 1_866_706_9020.
