Indiana tenant/landlord law, month to month rental ... how much notice must a landlord give for rent rate increase? Can the landlord demand 60 days notice of renter's intent to vacate when combined with a rent increase notice?

30 days and no unless there is a written lease for a month to month that sets forth the 60 day notice.
