Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana

Hi I'm 15 and a few months back I had Hernia surgery due to a sports injury, and a shortly after I had to get another surgery because I got MRSA infection and they kept me there a few days on antibiotics, and then another month or so later, I caught it again and my doctor said it was the same strand from at the hospital, it wasn't as serious that time but required lots of antibiotics, is there anyway I can get compensation from this?
