i had a car wreck with no ins in warsaw but the ins company filled a motion for proceedings supplemental in Elkart superior court the court order me to appear to answer interrogatories do i have to go to Elkart court the accident happen in warsaw indiana not elkart indiana

Yes, apparently, they filed in Elkhart. They already have a judgment against you so they must have filed there originally and if there was a time to contest the venue, the time was when you were first served with papers.
