Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

Newly divorced, and have a claim for negligence on my son's death. But the lawyers changed it so it doesn't include the horrible prenatal care I received. I had SEVERE pre eclampsia and called the doctor for almost a week and was told by the nurse "she was too busy to return my call." It will be three years in June and I was wondering if it was too late for a personal injury claim?

Please accept my condolences. You may have a claim against the lawyers if they did not protect your interests in filing a claim. However, based on the limited information provided, I cannot state that with certainty. Generally, the statute of limitations is 2 years. However, there are exceptions so you my want to talk to the lawyers regarding that.
