someone has another person call my job and make false accustions against me, i was suspended until the accusations were proven false, i work for a prestigious hospital, and because of the accusation my repuation has be damaged, and there were changes made to my position, there are also messages in my phone where they dmitted it can i sue

You clearly have a case against the individual who did this, as well as the person who instigated it. Not clear that you have a case against your employer. Perhaps, but not likely.
