Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

We are Buying a Trailer in a Mobile home park. We have been living here for just over a year. Shortly after moving in we noticed a problem with a septic tank (my be an old one)right outside our front door and possible mold in the Home. We have been bringing up the issues with the park manager for sometime usually we get an answer of well someone from corporate is coming next week or we are working on that. No has worked on it that I have seen, We cannot stay out side our home for long or open windows for fresh air due to the smell. The Mold was seen in a closet at first they did rip out the drywall in that Closet and replace it. However we fear that there is more we suffer from Allergy attacks because of that. One day the park manager and Maintenance man came to seen about the mold. They both said they didn't smell anything but after a heated discussion he said he would have a specialist come test it that was over a month ago no one ever came. I understand that I bought this home as is both do I have any legal rights to back out of the contract because they are not maintaining the park that I pay lot rent for. I forgot to mention I can not move the Home even if I chose to until it is paid off.
