Deed In Trust Form
Can an individual obtain a Deed In Trust form, fill it in themselves and have it recorded in their local county recorder office?

Indiana does not recognize deeds of trust-it is a mortagae state. Anyone can record a mortgage, however there are legal requirements that must be followed for it to be valid.
