Foreclosure

We paid a company $1500 to help save our house before it went into foreclosure and they didnt do anything it is like they took the money and ran. What is our rights and what can we do cause now we received papers of foreclosure?

You can report the company to the Indiana Attorney General and you can also sue them. Regarding the foreclosure, you need to hire an attorney asap.

You can file a suit against the company as well as report them to the attorney general. If you need to stop your foreclosure, call us and we can help you with stopping that.
