Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I own a house with my ex but he has absolutely know money in the property I purchased the property with the money I received in a divorce settlement.I need to get my ex out of the house he is verbally abusive and I am afraid of him.Do I have any rights to get him out of the house since he doesnt have any money in the property but his name is on the property?

Yes---as long as his name is on the deed, he is a co-owner.
