Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I have a Lease Option to Purchase agreement to sell my house. They (tenants) contacted me and said they hae to get co-signers or co-buyers to qualify. I only agreed to sell the house to them, not who they want to get as co-signers or co-buyers. Do I have the right to not sell to them, does this breach my lease purchase option with my tenants because I only agreed to sell to the people who signed the agreement?

You need to check your agreement for what it says about the buyers. Usually, you would not be bound to sell to anyone but the people with whom you have entered into an agreement. However, a co-signer is not a co-buyer. If someone co-signs for a loan with your tenants, you may still be required to sell to the tenants.
