Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Property issue
We purchased a home 1 1/2 years ago, we were told that behind our home were marshlands, and were told no one could ever build there. We were not told that the swingset that came with the house or that our sump pump was not on our property. Now, the owner of the marshlands is bulldozing his property and threatening us that we need to move our swingset along with our sumppump. We were never aware that our sumppump was not on our property. Not sure if EPA, Corp of Army Engineers, easements, health dept. squaters rights could assist us in anyway with this matter. Thank you.

Do you know how long the swing set and sump pump have been there? You may have an Adverse Possession claim.
