Re: Quick Claim Deed

Many people vainly imagine they can eliminate their personal mortgage obligation on a property by eliminating their interest in the property. So if you are trying to get rid of your liability on a mortgage, that can only happen when the mortgage lender gives you a written release. Which will only happen if they are paid off, like in a refinance. But if that's not the problem here, and you just want to give someone, even a husband, your share of real estate, then you can use a quit claim deed.
