Raised house Payment

Can a mortgage company raise my house payment, by paying my property taxes that I was supposed to pay..I was paying my own taxes and house insurance!

You need to look at your loan agreement to determine what the lender can do. Usually, the lender can insist upon making those payments.

Bottom Line: What difference does it make other than you are making 12 equal payments for taxes to the bank instead of 2 to the county? At the end of the year, the amounts are the same.
