property

husband died, our home loan and deed is only in his name, he has a will which reads it should go to me what should i do?

You need to open an estate and have the executor provide you with the will.

If you have no children and you are his only heir, you might be able to just file an affidavit of heirship with the Recorder of Deed's Office. In either situation, you need to consult with an attorney in the county where you live.

If you wish to continue to live there, you need to pay the mortgage. If not, sell it and pay off the mortgage.
