seller breeching contract

what should i do? i signed my contract for my home in jan2006 my due dates are to be paid on the 27 th of every month and my intrest rate is to be 8 fixed. and my contract is good untill 2016. my landlord called the 9th told me i had to pay i was late. i did and got a payment history. they have m,y paments due on the 6th of the month my intrest rate i paid all last year was at 9.5 and now they say that m,y contract is up i 6 months.

You had better take that contract and all fo the documents that you received to a lawyer as soon as possible.
