Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I sold a mobile home on contract. now the mortgage co. say that i cannot live outside the home according to my contract that i signed in 2001 on when i bought the trailer. some gov. program prohibits it.

You didn't post a question, which would be helpful if you would like an answer. If you want to know whether your mortgage requires you to be resident (which is a common provision), take a copy of the mortgage to a lawyer who can read it for you. If you have a different question, please post it.

Regardless of government programs, if the contract you signed says that you must live there, then that's what you must do. It's always a good idea to have a lawyer look at these things.
