Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

trespassing?

I put up a vinyl privacy fence six inches from the property line. My neighbor is upset and put up no trespassing signs on her side. She said if I need to clean the fence, I must stay inside the six inches. She informed me I would be getting a letter from her attorney. What are my options?

I suggest that you let your neighbor view a dirty vinyl fence if she is going to prohibit you from standing on her yard to clean it. Otherwise, she is within her rights to not allow you access on her property. Seems rather foolish to me.
