Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

Tort / Sex Harassment

After ending a work place affair with my supervisor, I was fired. I soon there after sent a letter to try and settle before setting on course for a lawsuit and was ignored. I went to the EEOC and the company was not interested in mediation, so the EEOC discharged my case and now I am looking to file a lawsuit.

I was looking for guidance on where to start with the lawsuit as far as filing and what not. I dont have money to pay for an attorney, are there any pro-bono type places that handle these sort of cases? Any suggestions or information would be helpful! Thanks.

Re: Tort / Sex Harassment

These cases are taken on a contingency basis. You have rather severe time limits on when to file. So, call the employment law attorneys in Indianapolis. Do not this on your own.
