Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

If I die and have no will. Would me x husband of 12 years be able to get my belongs or assets? We have 1 child together. Wouldnt it go to the child?

If your child is a minor, your ex husband might be the custodian of the funds. If this is a concern of yours, get a will. A simple will is very affordable.
