Legal Question in Workers Comp in Indiana

I was working with private firm from 5 years, due to some personal reasons I left the job without giving prior notice, despite of my several requests, the employer is not paying my 18 days salary

If the next payday has passed and you have not been paid you can sue your employer. They can be resonsible for up to 2 times what is owed, costs and attorneys fees. Feel free to contact me.
