Legal Question in Disability Law in Iowa
My employer refuses to let me use a wheelchair while working, even with a doctor's note. He says it is "disruptive" and wants me to walk, despite the extreme pain. I am awaiting a hip replacement in another month. What can I do? I'm sure it is nothing but a power issue - he has to be in total control of everything.
