courious and confused
is downloading child porn illegal in iowa?, if so why would they question the guilty person in court and not arrest them when they admitted that they were the one whom downloaded it?

It is illegal to be in possession of child pornography under state and federal law. Why a person who admitted to it was not charged I wouldn't have a clue, except that maybe they weren't believed.
