Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Iowa
wrongfully convicted
On dec.6th 2005 i was convicted by deferred judgment,but i did not read or sign the plea aggreement until dec 9th,or was my rights explained to my attorney,i was not present by in person or by written plea aggreement on the dec 6th 2005 conviction,i also disagree with the contents of the deferred judgment,I have spent over 2500.00 in legal fees ,but the attornies here dont want to upset the judges or lose their bargaining power for other plea agreements..please help me

I suppose there's a legal question there but I do not know what it is. If it was your intention to withdraw your plea and/or file an appeal that time has long past.
