Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
I have signed a contract and paid for a exhibit event for 1,354,00 presenting my companies products. I am sole owner and only employee, due to recent heart attacks and leg vascular problems I am not capable to make my presentations. how can I approach the event provider to get my investment back? thank you in advance for your time

It would depend on the terms of the contract you signed with the event provided. If there is no provision for termination and refund that applies to your circumstance, your best bet likely would be to talk to the event provider.
