Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
my ex boyfriend has trial cuming up soon for assaulting me and the state is trying to sopena me for a witness! if they dont find me for the sopena and i dont show up to court will they have to drop the charges against him?

I'm not going to answer this because you're asking me to tell you how to evade the power of the court-in other words, to engage in a dishonest act and I don't do things like that. Second of all, they won't drop the charges.
