Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My son and his wife have split, they are not divorced they have two children, they made up a parenting plan, the wife will not change anything on it, she keeps the kids away from my son, what can he do about it

Unless there is a custody and support order in place, her rights are as good as his. As to what to do a competent attorney is a good place to start.
