Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iowa

My husband is being detained by ice and awaiting his court date to have a bond set i just recently recieved an approval notice from immigration for his papers i want to know is will this help when the jdge sets his bond?

An approved notice may help, but only if your husband is eligible for release. If he is being charged as an aggravated felon, he would not be eligible for a bond or any form of reease. On the other hand, if he is not an aggravated felon, or someone who would otherwise be a "Mandatory detainee," if he is found by the judge to be an alien who is not a danger to the community or a flight risk, he would also be considered a bond.
