Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
I am buying a Mobile home from the owner of the mobile home park. When I get my statement every month, There is a charge for Sewer and Garbage, I have to buy these stickers for garbage pick-up. My Question is,, Can he charge the whole trailer park for Garbage and we do pay for it ourselves?

That's a matter of the agreement between yourself and the owner of the park. Does it address these matters?
