Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
if we rented our garage to someone to store his car and he has never paid the rent and we have told him repeatedly to come get his car and he never shows up how do we get his car out of our garage

You tell him the car is being removed because he hasn't paid the rent. You then push it out to the street and park it at the curb. If it gets towed it's not your problem any more.
