Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Iowa

I had a doctors appointment. I waited over 2 hours before finally seeing the doctor. If he fails to see me after a reasonable period, say 1/2 hour, and no information is being given to me about why I am being forced to wait, can I sue the doctor for the expenses I incurred to go to the appointment? I liver 2 1/2 hours away and had to take a full day off!

Sure you can. And you'll have the doctor's attorney all over you, but if you want to go through that don't let me stop you.
