Legal Question in Personal Injury in Iowa
I fell on ice and snow in my driveway and broke my arm, i live in a townhome that i rent, where i pay a association fee every month and it is the association duty to clean the driveway and streets when it is snow and ice covered should i sue them?

It depends who is responsible for the maintenance of the driveway-you, or the homeowner's association. Do you know which?
