Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
Hello, I missed a "delay on initial appearance" due to thinking that it was a week later than it was and now I do not know what to do. I am in Iowa, in Linn county, and intended to plead "not guilty" on the charge or driving under suspension. What do I need to do now that I missed my initial appearance?

You need to find out from the court what you need to do about the bench warrant that has likely been issued for your forgetfulness.
