a non jewish woman is married to an israeli national by way of a civil marriage in cyprus.what are her rights if the husband wants to terminate the marriage

Hi,

If the court accepts you are a couple ( which it probably would), in absence of any pre marriage agreement you would be entitled to 50% of assets.
