the man can't continue the marriage'and he wants to file an annulment.he can get an annulment?

annulment of marriage is covered by Art. 36 of the Family Code of the Philippines. There is only one ground and that is "Psychological INcapacity". Jurisprudence however requires that there must be juridical antecedent and that it must be incurable.

By all means. People cannot by law be forced to continue a marriage in which they are not happy. The remedy is to file an annulment case. The ground depends on your marital history.
