Hello,

My mother had my brother and I by the same man. She has filed for unpaid child support and only recieved one payment of $60 we I was 11. Now that im 19 yrs. old can she file for unpaid child support for both my 16 yr old brother and I?

If you are in college, you may make a claim for support, or your mother can.
