Very sorry to hear about your mother passing. You have my condolences. You at not obligated to pay her debts with your money. But you are obligated to preserve the records of debts paid and owed, as well as any funds, pending the appointment ofan executor or personal representative. A to creditors that treated you as her attorney in fact, you may be obligated to protect her interests until they are made aware of her passing. To get a more specific answer, you'll need to consult directly with a Saab attorney in your area.

Good luck
